Do you monogram items not purchased from your store?
No. We only provide monogramming as a service to our customers.
What is your return policy?
We strive for customer satisfaction and we want you to love what you purchased! All sales on custom items, sale items and monogrammed items are final. If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased online, you may cancel it or return it within ten business days for a merchandise credit, minus the credit card processing fees and shipping charges. Please contact the shop for return authorization before canceling or returning any items.

What is the correct monogram order?
Your monogram will appear in the EXACT order as you type it in the text box. If you type ABC, it will appear as ABC on the item.
For example: Stephanie Fornash Kennedy would be SKF.
Underline in the sample represents the last name.

Woman's Monogram:
first LAST middle
Claire Grace Smith: CSG
Woman's Initials:
first middle last

Married Women's Monogram:
first LAST maiden
Claire Smith Fisher: CFS
Men's Initials:

What if my monogram is 4 or 5 letters?
We can handle that. Just send us an email and we will send back a proof.
What if I don't see a thread color or font I like?
We can handle that too. Just send us an email and we will find what you are looking for.
